Urban Relay offer a 24/7 stress-free, greener courier & recipient experience. Long queues, missed deliveries and waiting in are all unnecessary frustrations Urban Relay Lockers allows the recipient to pick up and drop off parcels in seconds when it is convenient.

FLEXIBILITY AND EFFICIENCY

Our system is flexible and efficient. The touch screen control unit provides quick and accurate identification of the consignee and enables the delivery driver to select an appropriately sized locker in which to safely deposit the parcel.

The system instantly notifies the consignee of the delivery via a cloud based portal and provides a single use code for parcel retrieval or a push notification sent directly to the recipients phone via the Urban Relay app.

Parcel safety is our main priority; Urban Relay has been created with the end-user in mind using the highest-grade materials.

The Urban Relay unit can be placed internally and externally, it is weatherproof and can be extended with a range of products including shelters and signage to enhance the user’s experience.

A full design and specification service is available – the unit can be produced in any RAL colour and fully customised using your project branding guidelines.
