A multi-use commercial office based just off the A3 required a comprehensive solution for parcel management, accessible through extended working hours.

Multiple tenants and a range of shift patterns meant that couriers often found it difficult to deposit packages to the right person, and would often leave parcels in unsecure areas or have to attempt a delivery multiple times before being successful.
